I love my children's father

I am so blessed to have the husband I do. Ian is a wonderful father and he is adored by his girls. When it comes to a choice between Mommy & Dad, they choose their Dad hands down. I don't mind...I think it's so sweet and I love witnessing the bond between them. Here's a few precious moments I've been able to capture. 

Quick Update

Well, we have entered the "pushing the limits" stage in the Mader household. The girls have been throwing fits when they are told "No". I have had to become Mrs. Discipline, which is not an easy task, but I know it's necessary. I'm hoping to ward off the "terrible two" stage, or at least make it more bearable. They are also getting frustrated with not being able to walk. They just haven't got the hang of it quite yet. All the little things add up and make it tough at times, but we're pressing on with a lot of grace. Your prayers are appreciated!

Walkin' with our buggies

The girls have thoroughly enjoyed being mobile with the assistance of their push buggies.  It sure is a chore keeping up with these two.  Kels took her first steps on the 5th.  She is SO ready to move.  Kare likes stepping on her tippy toes, but pushing the buggy seems to help her plant her feet correctly.  Won't be long and they'll be on the move with no assistance.  Exciting times. 

"Sprout" Tails

The time has come for us to sport a ponytail atop our heads! We have just enough hairs to pull it off. We call it a "sprout" because it reminds us of Mario Bros. 2, when Mario & Luigi go around pulling the sprouts out of the ground and holding them on top of their heads!!
