ABC project

I was inspired by a friend of mine on creating an ABC collage for the bare wall in our playroom! I tweeked the design & made it my own by matching the letters to the fabric of our pillows & curtain. I'm pretty pleased with how it's coming along! I've got a long way to go, but here's what I've got so far. I have tried to match some of the letters to themes...B made up of buttons (some being Ian's Grandmother's), C is a chalkboard, F is constructed from the flowers of the fabric... Fun project!!! :)

The "Mimicing & New Discoveries" Stage

10 and a half months old and, Oh what fun we are having!! Karis & Kelsie are "sponges". They are fascinated by every new thing! 

We've learned how to imitate Mommy & blow through our noses...Sniff, Sniff!

We've also learned how to mimic a "clicking" sound with our tongue!

We've discovered how to blow bubbles in our drink and make a fish face!

We've discovered how to sound like a drama queen...Muuaahh, Muuaahhh!

We've discovered how to "dance" to a familiar tune!

And finally, we've discovered the Joys of Swinging!!! Abooooo! 

Daily Fun!

We have discovered a liking for gazing out the front window! We are also entering into the "everything I touch is a TOY" phase. It is so fun watching these girls grow!! 

They will be 11 months old in 20 days! WOW!
